The response I got from representative was that I was unable to remove the upgrade. I contacted a representative a few days later as I had researched the hotel and found that the Superior double room was the most standard room. I made a point of asking at the time of the booking, if I was able to change this at a later date, once I had researched the hotel and I was told yes. I accepted the upgrade with the worry of having a below basic room. He also advised I was able to upgrade the room to a Superior double/ twin room with a garden view, for an additional fee of £56 per person. At the time of the booking, We were advised that the room we would receive, would (be) the standard room, with restricted views. Very appalling service - many emails and letters sent and no responseĬalled on the 30th July 2014 wishing to book a holiday to Agadir, staying at the Sofitel Thalassa Sea and spa hotel. So I had to pay for the hotel again !! i haven't even mentioned, mistakes with flight times, mistakes on invoice, annoying text messaged at night time, awful holding times on customer service 4) they don't care about you at all, something is seriously wrong with that company. but and they didn't care, happy to leave me stranded with no money or food. I had to use my mobile abroad and it took 3 days for Teletext to acknowledged they messed up but refused to pay for the Hotel room and told me I had to pay for the room myself and they would compensate me when I return, I explained I didn't have the money to book another holiday. 3) I booked 2 rooms for 2 people and when I arrived to the hotel Teletext only booked 1 room. 1) From the very moment you call them, It is impossible to buy any deal you see advertised on their website, they will always increase the price ALWAYS, the advertised holiday prices are FAKE 2) When I finally selected a holiday at a greatly increased price and gave the order, I always get passed to a 2nd person who says they made a mistake and need to put additional money on the holiday (3rd time this has happened to me) Its like some kind of Con they do. Teletext literally left me stranded on Holiday - Don't Trust themįrom start to finish they made mistakes after mistakes, it was hell.
